It is much cooler than I expected. It comes in a very nice box, which makes it a good gift. The cutting finish is very nice, pieces fit neatly. As a first timer for this kind of puzzle, I recommend patience for those who have never tried it as the pieces don't fit as they would in a regular puzzle - you can mess the entire puzzle if you are not very careful. But this seems to be something inherent to the concept.
