Заказал в субботу, в среду забрал на почте. Винда 10-ка, офис на английском, через Майкрософт скачал языковой пакет. Антивирус майкрософтовский. В комплекте шли наклейки на клавиатуру. Ну и фишка от производителя, насадки на все типы электрических розеток. Установил только CCleaner, буду ещё программку для сканерования доков устанавливать. Аппарат в принципе нормальный, дальше будем посмотреть. Ноут брал для дочки, она очень рада, а это самое главное. Ей он нужен для работы.
Продавца и сам ноут рекомендую.
