The instruction included with it is not explicit. I watched the video on the Internet, how to start it. I hold in one hand and rotate the ball, which is inside, in the direction of the arrows. Spring resistance is felt. Then I abruptly let go and fat is ready to go. Twist with a brush, trying to disperse it. He spent half an hour of time so that he did not stop. What else... Glows cool, does not make much noise. Just beauty. The effect of such training, I think, is not worth waiting for, but it is better than sitting and chewing something. Still recommend buying.
