Like all other robots, the robot vacuum cleaner could not work on the dark floor. If your carpet is dark , machine defaultly as an obstacle and avoid this area .Besides, the robot is designed with double anti-collision, infrared detection and front bumper. The walland furniture are dark,machinemight collide on themdue to the miss detection.

Q7: Can I add any detergents to the tank?

Do not add liquids other than clean water to the tank, W400 has specialized detergent Please check ourRobot Accessory List.

Q8: Can I order plug other than US or EU?

There is a strange cardboard white big with the inscription of the brand, I do not even know where and why it is) in the set there is a vacuum cleaner, instruction for Russian, a remote two rags on the mop, three filters for dry cleaning, a container for dry and a container for dry cleaning.     Great vacuum cleaner! Exactly the same took 4 years ago. Works perfectly until now, despite the fact that 2 times filled with water. A new vacuum cleaner bought my mother. Perfectly works, improved several moments for the better. Includes 2 rags, 2 brooms, a turbo brush, a base for charging with a normal plug, a control panel with batteries, 2 tanks of dry and wet. Packing, as it corresponds to a branded thing, without any praise. Everything is fine! Delivery is super fast, several days. Recommend!
