Всё хорошо застегивается и расстегивается. Повреждений нет. Пластик мягкий, но не хлипкий. Боялась что сетка на боковом кармане будет сопливая и кошка сможет её разодрать, а не. Вполне крепкая. Подстилка не держит форму рюкзака, придётся под нее картонку или типа того подкладывать. Покупкой довольна. В том же самом зоомагазине такое стоило бы намного дороже

Кошке в нем очень неудобно - в вертикальном положении она болтается туда-сюда, а в горизонтальном может только лежать слегка подняв голову. При этом кошка у меня очень маленькая, около трёх килограмм. Матрасик совсем беспонтовый, тощий и несуразного размера. Использую более трёх недель для очень краткосрочных поездок на дачу, т.к. много тяжелой поклажи, но до сих пор явственно ощущается противный запах. В целом не рекомендую.
