    Very good customer support, im very happy :) Product is now shipped in a black cardboard box with no label, the slim wallet is also wrapped in a plastic foil, perfect if you want to put a sticker with your own brand on the box - also the metal part which holds the cards is now black, not silver as shown in the pictures from the reseller / factory. Overall the product looks better as i imagined from the pictures here. Feels solid and rugged and the used materials also feel noble / not cheap to me. In comparison to expensive I-Clip or Znap it is still a „cheap“ product, but im very surprised how good it looks and feels overall. No plastic or factory „smell“ when you open the box. Didn’t do a long lasting „every day carry“ test, so this is only a first impression about the product. Maybe i will edit after a few weeks of using it as my main wallet, or simply write a new one with new pictures.
