    The article is as described. It took a little over 3 weeks to arrive. Packaging is not very good, they could put bubble plastic to improve because some hooks came in broken. I hope I'll at least get the cats away from my plants. I will leave additional valuation when installed at least 2 weeks, to explain whether it is effective.

    I bought it to put it on the wall of my house so my cats won't come out. It works with almost everyone so I'm happy around.

    On the other hand the product, on the side has some hooks to connect some pieces with others and some were broken so I had to tie it with rope.

    I ship fast, 1 week and little and I was already home.
