② Load the mobile phone into glasses
After opening the video in AAP, put the mobile phone (as shown below) into the glasses.
The video opened in the APP player is double screen. If it is single screen, please open the dual screen mode in the APP .
• The middle line of the mobile phone is aligned and inserted with the[③ Screen center point ] on the glasses.
③ Put on the glasses and adjust it
Adjust the interpupillary distance (To adjust the double shadow)
[② Interpupillary distance adjuster] on the top of the glasses is used to adjust the interpupillary distance, which can be adjusted when the image is duplicated.
Adjust the range of visibility(adjust the clarity)

Previously I was using a cardboard headset, so this one is a real step up. It is very comfortable to wear, blocks outside light effectively, has a good strap that can handle my phone weight, and the focus adjustments guarantee you will enjoy the best definition your screen can offer. That said, the adjustments (focus and interpupillary distance) could be a little less loose and also have markings to facilitate posterior calibration (I used tape to mark where the ideal interpupillary distance for me is). It also doesn't have any type of magnetic button, so you'll really need some kind of controller. Since I only wanted it for watching videos rather than playing games, I bought it with the vertical Bluetooth controller. Overall, I think this is a great way to enjoy VR without investing too much in a dedicated device.
