Troubleshooting

Q:Why is the coarseness obviously uneven suddenly?

A:First,make sure the top lid above the bearing tight.
If it’s loose,try to rotate it anti-clockwise till it’s tight.
If it’s not solved,contact us for more help.

Q:Why is the scale of the adjuster too loose to adjust the coarseness?

A:Because the spring or the burrs get stuck.Try to hold the body and shake the handle slightly till you hear a click,which means the spring or burrs are loose.
If not,try to unscrew the lid above the bearing and take the whole burr set out.
Clean the burr sets and install them.

As other people wrote, the coffee grinder is simply gorgeous! The photo shows that it turns out a chic smooth grinding, then that the embroidered-20 clicks. A million settings, you can test as many as you want and select Settings for yourself (such in an electric coffee grinder you definitely will not find).     The product, so far, perform well as advertised. I'd have to use it for a while to see how it works over time.
    This unit does a good job grinding coffee for espresso using non-pressurized baskets. It took me three double espresso shots to find the right setting.

    The only drawback is the size of the unit. It only holds around 18-20 gr. of coffee, just enough for a double espresso. And, it takes about three minutes to grind at the level I need.

    Otherwise it is a well designed product.

    the grinder is fantastic, it does everything my 1zpresso JX-Pro does from aeropress up (600 microns up).
    as already known, it doesn't have the fine adjustment needed for espresso or Turkish, but for everything else it works perfect.

    Great packaging, price, quality, and look! Easily the best value grinder available in the US. It is perfect for my uses as a immersion and pourover coffee maker. I do not have an espresso machine, and I have heard from online sources that it does not have enough adjustability for that, but I believe there is an easy modification that involves punching and drilling more indents in the adjustment mechanism to allow for more fine adjustment.

    Only two negatives:
    One: Shipping to the US took quite a long time, 3 weeks. This was expected, but still a long time. It is available for $75 USD from a big US seller, with two day shipping. I considered actually paying extra $15 for the faster shipping.
    Two: When it arrived, the burr was stuck inside the grinder, requiring a tap with a hammer on the handle side to loosen. It does not look like this caused any damage to the burrs.

    Set packed carefully and elegantly, to this safely. Included small brush cleaning and pouch.
    Self grinding: very equal grist, very fast to enjoy and mainly easily. Czynność takes little time and does not require strong force. Próbowałam already grinding coffee dark roasted and clearly roasted which is twardsza, Hario not gave advice, timemore grist really equal, and hence goes taste coffee unique.
    Recommend very salesman, shipping instant, arrived to PL before time, in less than 2 weeks.
