Yes, HiBREW machines can be used in both 50 or 60Hz as per laboratory test, But because of Saudi Arabia's regulations on electric appliances, the outer packaging must be ticked at 60Hz mark even HiBREW machines can work well at both ratings, If you are concerned on this , you can request a product safety certificate from HiBREW customer service, thank you.

    The packaging is good and was in good condition and there are no scratches or anything abnormal Port Filter 58 as described and arrived with all the side tools described just ask about the guarantee whether it exists in Saudi Arabia or not.

    Like the features on this machine. Pressure gauge is a must and this machine has it. Ability to pre-infuse is a plus, but I find manual pre infusion works better. Nice being able to control temperature. I am making some very nice espresso with this machine. The machine seems to be built well, has clear coating over stainless steel to keep from getting marked like bare metal. Seems to be well thought out product.
