Recently, I noticed that Xiaomi’s Redmi Pad Pro 5G Android tablet has officially landed in the German market. The Redmi Pad Pro 5G price difference between the German and Chinese versions is striking. Compared with the Chinese version of Redmi Pad Pro 5G, the German version of Redmi Pad Pro 5G has no changes in configuration.

It is reported that Redmi Pad Pro 5G is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 mobile platform, equipped with 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4X memory, and 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. It is equipped with a TF memory card slot and supports expansion to 1.5TB. At the same time, Redmi Pad Pro 5G runs the new HyperOS operating system.
The Redmi Pad Pro 5G features a 12.1-inch LCD screen, boasting a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and delivers a typical brightness of 500 nits. For battery life, the device includes a 10,000mAh battery, capable of supporting 33W fast charging. The tablet also comes with an 8-megapixel main camera, featuring an f/2.0 aperture, a 1/4-inch sensor, and the ability to record 1080P 30fps video. Moreover, the Redmi Pad Pro 5G supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and 5G connectivity (available in select versions).
When it comes to pricing, the tablet’s starting price in Germany is 379 euros, approximately 2,981 yuan. In contrast, the Chinese version of the Redmi Pad Pro 5G starts at just around 1,300 yuan.
