On May 30, Redmi officially announced the launch of the Redmi Pad Pro 5G version. The tablet is available in 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB versions, priced at 1,999 yuan and 2,399 yuan respectively. Currently, it is only available in dark gray color and is now available for sale through all channels.
Xiaomi launches Redmi Pad Pro 5G version
The Redmi Pad Pro was released in April this year. Previously, it only had a 4G version, with no 5G option available. However, the price starts at 1,499 yuan, which is more affordable. In terms of configuration, there is not much difference between the two tablets, except for the addition of 5G support.

The tablet is based on Xiaomi Qingshan Eye Care’s “medical-industrial fusion” concept and has passed the China Quality Certification Center’s visual health-friendliness S++ certification and TUV Rheinland’s triple eye protection certification.

The Redmi Pad Pro 5G has a 10,000mAh battery and a self-developed power-saving algorithm for ultra-long standby in deep sleep mode. It also supports 33W fast charging. The tablet features the second-generation Snapdragon 7s mobile platform with a 4nm flagship process for improved performance and reduced power consumption, making it suitable for both office and entertainment.
