Canalys analysis said that although Apple still ranks first with a 29% market share and 24.6 million units shipped, its shipments fell 13% year-on-year due to macro factors and product cycles. Through the launch of its new active noise reduction product Buds FE, coupled with JBL’s stable performance, Samsung’s shipments increased by 23% and its market share reached 9%, further consolidating its second position in the market.

It is reported that Xiaomi achieved double-digit growth through a flexible multi-SKU strategy, successfully surpassed BoAt, and regained the third position with a year-on-year growth rate of 54% and shipments of 5.4 million units. Boat and Edifier ranked fourth and fifth with market shares of 5% and 3% respectively.
As far as the Chinese market is concerned, Apple ranks first with a 17% share, and Xiaomi maintains its runner-up position. However, after a year-on-year global TWS manufacturers ranking of 66%, its share is very close to Apple. In addition, Edifier, Huawei, and Baseus also entered the top five.

Canalys said that although the current market share of open-type true wireless headphones is relatively small, its growth trend is positive and its future development potential is optimistic.
