On April 10, Tinydeal noticed that the Huawei terminal officially announced an important update, confirming that the new generation of Huawei Matebook X PRO laptops will soon be released. The new product will emphasize a “light and powerful” design, with a core focus on strengthening AI characteristics. As early as the day before, on April 9, the Huawei terminal had revealed through a preview poster that at the forthcoming Huawei Hongmeng Ecological Spring Exchange Conference, in addition to the new notebook, Zhijie S7 will also appear, along with new PC products. Notably, the introduction of the Huawei Pangu Da model will play a significant role in these innovations.
Huawei officially released preheating posters revealing that the new MateBook X Pro will emphasize “lightness and strong performance.” AI technology, particularly the Huawei Pangu Da model, will be a key highlight of the product. This means the MateBook X Pro will feature breakthroughs in AI applications. Huawei’s senior management, including He Gang, confirmed that the new model will integrate the independent Pangu Da model.
According to Sina Technology, the Pangu Da model’s AI function will debut at the conference. It will enhance Huawei notebooks’ smart office features, such as multi-screen collaboration, AI minutes, AI subtitles, and AI Voice. With Pangu Da’s support, the new notebook’s smart experience and functionality will become even more appealing.
At the same time, the Zhijie S7 and Huawei PC products were displayed side by side at the Hongmeng Spring Communication Meeting. This highlights Huawei’s strategic focus on the PC product line. Market research from Canalys shows that Huawei is the only brand among the top five manufacturers to achieve growth in the 2023 Chinese PC and tablet market.
