Apple's new iMac starts pre-order: equipped with M4 chip and standard 16GB memory

One of the biggest upgrades in the new iMac is the new M4 chip, which boosts both performance and AI capabilities. The central processing unit is faster and handles various tasks more efficiently. The enhanced media processing engine makes it easy to cut multiple 4K videos at the same time. In addition, the unified memory can reach up to 32GB, which makes playing games and multi-tasking across apps smooth. The new iMac with the M4 chip is up to 6 times faster than the Intel-based iMac. Compared to the iMac with the M1 chip, it speeds up heavy creative work by up to 2.1 times.
